In winter, Urayasu and Maihama fill with Christmas spirit to match Tokyo Disney Resort’s “Disney Christmas,” from the hotels to the station plazas and cultural venues. This guide covers how to enjoy Christmas 2026 in Urayasu and Maihama, organized around five kinds of visitor: people going to the parks, people who want to order a Christmas cake, people looking for a festive meal, people looking for a hotel, and people who are not going into the parks at all.

Hotel Christmas cake orders are already open. Order deadlines and pick-up periods vary widely from hotel to hotel, so start with the comparison table.

Which one are you?

  • Enjoying Christmas in the parks: check the dates, shows and fireworks, plus the short-hours days with no evening entertainment
  • Ordering a hotel Christmas cake: check the comparison table of order deadlines and pick-up periods
  • Spending the evening at a dinner or buffet: many events run only on certain days, so check the dates first
  • Staying somewhere festive: compare plans with limited-edition merchandise and Christmas-decorated rooms
  • Enjoying Christmas without entering the parks: make the most of free illuminations, photo spots and concerts
