Luggage Storage (Before Check-in) & Baggage Delivery
One of the most common questions we hear about this hotel is whether you can drop your bags before check-in — handy when you land in the morning and want to head straight to the parks. The short answer: yes.
- Before check-in (same-day storage): Arriving early? The front desk will hold your luggage on the day of your stay, so you can leave your suitcases and go to Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea before the 15:00 check-in.
- Easy arrival with heavy suitcases: Shin-Urayasu Station connects to the hotel by an 80 m covered deck (about 1 minute) — the closest station link among the four Partner Hotels — so you can wheel large cases straight from the train without stepping outside, even in the rain.
- Baggage delivery from JR Maihama Station (paid): On arrival day you can drop bags at the “Bon Voyage” home-delivery counter beside JR Maihama Station and have them delivered to the hotel — a paid service at ¥800 per item, reception from store opening until about 15:00. (This is a one-way station → hotel service; it is not a park pick-up.) Valuables, fragile items, drinks and precision devices are excluded.
- Sending bags home / to the airport: The bell desk also handles takkyubin courier shipments (to your home, or same-day to the airport / Tokyo Station on a cash-on-delivery basis).
Check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 12:00; same-day storage around these times is standard, but confirm the details with the hotel when you book. For how the area’s paid Bon Voyage delivery compares with the free service at Disney and Official hotels, see how Maihama luggage delivery works.

Local Notes
Among the four Shin-Urayasu Partner Hotels (Brighton, Oriental, Emion, Mitsui Garden), Brighton wins outright for “station access.” The covered deck connection to Shin-Urayasu Station in 1 minute / 80 meters makes a real difference in rain, when you have heavy luggage, or when you’re exhausted. The deck also connects to MONA Shin-Urayasu (Aeon Style) and Atre Shin-Urayasu (currently under renovation — check operating status), so dinner and shopping beyond Disney are manageable.
The clear trade-offs are no large communal bath (versus Emion’s natural hot spring or Mitsui Garden’s panoramic bath), and no in-house coin laundry. If multi-night stays requiring laundry are planned, check nearby facilities in advance or consider another hotel. Brighton is at its best for guests who want to prioritize station access and mobility above all else.
