Best For

  • Guests who want peace of mind for late-night shopping — The in-house 24-hour convenience store is unique among Official Hotels in the Urayasu area
  • Families with young children — Family Happy Magic rooms sleep 2–6 guests, with children’s amenities included
  • Airport arrivals — Dedicated airport limousine stop right at the hotel entrance for Haneda and Narita
  • Extended stays — 24-hour coin laundry in B1

May Not Suit

  • Guests who want to walk directly to the parks — The hotel is adjacent to the parks, but the Disney Resort Line monorail is the standard way to get there
  • Guests who want to walk from Maihama Station — Distance makes a shuttle or taxi more practical

Access

To the Parks (TDL / TDS)

The hotel faces Bayside Station. The free Disney Resort Cruiser shuttle (runs every 6–8 minutes) takes you to the station, from which the Disney Resort Line monorail reaches the parks. The hotel is one of the closest Official Hotels to the parks, but “direct walkway access” is not available. Shuttles get crowded just before opening and after closing.

To JR Station

A free shuttle bus runs to Maihama Station in about 7 minutes. The stop is at the rotary to the right of Maihama Station South Exit. Walking is not practical; the shuttle or a taxi is the realistic option.

To the Airport

The hotel has a dedicated airport limousine bus stop at the entrance. Haneda Airport: approx. 60 min, ¥1,300. Narita Airport: approx. 90 min, ¥1,300. Boarding and alighting at the hotel entrance — convenient even with heavy luggage.

Note: Advance reservation required for the limousine bus (reserved seating).

To Central Tokyo

From Maihama Station, about 15–20 minutes to Tokyo Station on the JR Keiyo Line.

Facilities & Services

In-House Convenience Store (24-Hour — the biggest practical advantage) “Seikatsu Saika” on the 1st floor is open 24 hours for drinks, snacks, and daily goods (pharmaceuticals sold 8:00–22:00). “S-Lawson” is also on the same floor (17:00–23:00). The only 24-hour in-house convenience store among Official Hotels in the Urayasu area — guests from neighboring Okura and Sheraton come here to shop, a well-known fact locally.

Guest Rooms 828 rooms with a wide variety of types. Beyond the Hilton Room (40 m²), Family Happy Magic Rooms (35–40 m², 2 beds + bunk) accommodate 2–6 guests. Bed guards, baby cots, and children’s amenities are available at no extra charge.

Baths & Pool No natural hot spring, but B1 has bath facilities and a pool (fee: ¥4,000; free for Hilton Honors Gold and above). Indoor and outdoor pools, and a 24-hour free fitness center.

Breakfast Japanese, Western, and Chinese buffet with a chef-made omelet station and a Kids Breakfast section popular with children.

Coin Laundry 24-hour coin laundry in B1 (fee applies). Vending machines, free Wi-Fi, and TV are in the laundry room. Paid laundry service also available.

Parking ¥3,100 for 1 night / ¥4,700 for 2 nights / ¥6,300 for 3+ nights (tax included). Available from 15:00 on check-in day to 30 minutes after check-out. Some Family Happy Magic room plans include free parking (except Dec. 31).

Luggage Cloakroom at the lobby service counter. Baggage delivery from Maihama Station Welcome Center to the hotel, and home delivery (paid) are available.

Wi-Fi & Multilingual Free Wi-Fi throughout. Multilingual staff available.

Local Notes

The biggest practical advantage of Hilton Tokyo Bay is undoubtedly the 24-hour in-house convenience store. While Official Hotels in the Maihama area compete on roughly equal terms, the confidence that comes from knowing you can shop at midnight is a significant factor for families. Guests from neighboring hotels are a common sight here — that’s how trusted this store is locally.

Peak times for the front desk are 15:00–17:30, about 1 hour after park closing, and 11:00–12:00. The hotel officially recommends avoiding these windows for a smoother check-in or check-out experience.
