Toy Story Hotel is a Disney Hotel opened in 2022 with a theme based on the interior of Andy’s room from the Toy Story films — guests become toys in a child’s room. With 595 rooms, the hotel is adjacent to Bayside Station (Disney Resort Line), and the Fantasy Springs area of TDS becomes accessible via the hotel’s dedicated entrance from 1 hour after park opening (10:00 for a 9:00 opening). 3F coin laundry, in-house shop open 6:00–24:00, and a dedicated airport limousine stop at the entrance round out the hotel’s facilities. This review covers strengths, weaknesses, and access. Prices and times are estimates based on 2025–2026 research.

Best For
- Guests who love Toy Story and want to sleep “inside Andy’s room” — The entire room is designed as if seen from a toy’s perspective in Andy’s room; Woody and Buzz figures and oversized furniture create genuine immersion
- Guests who want Happy Entry at a mid-tier Disney Hotel price — 15-minute early park admission; more affordable than Tokyo Disneyland Hotel or Fantasy Springs Hotel
- Guests who want Fantasy Springs access from inside the hotel — A dedicated entrance to Fantasy Springs opens from 10:00 (1 hour after park opening); combines with Happy Entry at the main gate
- Guests arriving at Bayside Station — Hotel is adjacent to Bayside Station; close connection to the Disney Resort Line
May Not Suit
- Guests who want to walk to TDL in 1 minute — TDL requires the Disney Resort Line from Bayside Station; not walking-distance to TDL (unlike Tokyo Disneyland Hotel)
- Guests on a tight budget — Starting at approx. ¥45,000; not the most affordable Disney Hotel option
- Guests who need a convenience store at the hotel — No 24-hour in-house convenience store; in-house shop is open 6:00–24:00 but may not cover all late-night needs
Access
To TDS / TDL
Happy Entry via the main gate (15 min before general admission). Dedicated Fantasy Springs hotel entrance accessible from 10:00 (1 hour after park opening). TDL access via Disney Resort Line from adjacent Bayside Station (paid, approx. 5–7 min to Entrance Station).
To JR Station
Via Disney Resort Line from Bayside Station to Resort Gateway Station, then to Maihama Station, approx. 10–15 min total.

Dedicated airport limousine stop at the hotel entrance. Haneda: approx. 40–50 min, ¥1,300. Narita: approx. 62–67 min, ¥2,900 (advance reservation recommended during peak seasons).
To Central Tokyo
From Maihama Station, about 15 minutes to Tokyo Station on the JR Keiyo Line.
Facilities & Services
Guest Rooms (595 rooms, Andy’s room theme) All rooms designed from the perspective of toys in Andy’s bedroom — oversized furniture, crayon-colored walls, Woody/Buzz/Rex and other Toy Story characters in the decor. A distinctive immersion that no other Disney Hotel replicates. Room types include standard (up to 4 guests), deluxe, and suites.
Happy Entry 15-minute early park admission to TDL and TDS.
Fantasy Springs Hotel Entrance (from 10:00) A dedicated entrance to the Fantasy Springs expansion area is accessible from the hotel from 1 hour after park opening (10:00 for a 9:00 opening). Note: this is NOT a separate attraction ticket — standard TDS park admission is required.
In-House Shop Open 6:00–24:00. Good range of hours for early departures and late-night needs (light meals, snacks, souvenirs). Not a 24-hour convenience store.
3F Coin Laundry Available on 3F (fee applies).
Breakfast Available from 6:30am (confirm details on official website).
Parking ¥3,000 for 1st night; ¥1,000 per additional night.
Wi-Fi Free Wi-Fi in all rooms.
Local Notes
Toy Story Hotel’s identity is clear: the room theme is the reason to stay here. If the Toy Story concept resonates with you or your family — particularly if you have children who know and love these characters — the immersive quality of waking up as a toy in Andy’s room is hard to match. It’s a younger, more playful Disney Hotel than the Victorian style of Tokyo Disneyland Hotel.
The Fantasy Springs hotel entrance (from 10:00) is a bonus for TDS-focused visits, though it requires separate park admission and opens after the first hour — not for rushing to attractions at opening. For opening rush, use the main gate with Happy Entry.
Price Guide
Standard period: approx. ¥45,000–¥65,000 per room for 2 guests (dynamic pricing). Check the latest availability and rates on booking sites.
