Fantasy Springs Hotel, which opened in June 2024 alongside the Fantasy Springs expansion at Tokyo DisneySea, is the newest Disney Hotel at Tokyo Disney Resort. It consists of two buildings: Grand Chateau (56 rooms, direct access into Fantasy Springs with 8 attraction tickets included, ultra-luxury pricing) and Fantasy Chateau (419 rooms, deluxe, standard Disney Hotel benefits). Happy Entry early admission applies to both. This review covers the hotel’s strengths, weaknesses, and access from a local perspective. Prices and times are estimates based on 2025–2026 research.

Local Notes
Fantasy Springs Hotel is clearly the most exciting new Disney Hotel in years. Grand Chateau’s direct access to Fantasy Springs + 8 attraction tickets is unlike anything previously offered at TDR. For guests who want to experience the new Fantasy Springs area at the absolute highest level, this is the only way to get it — but booking is fiercely competitive (lottery-based) and pricing reflects the demand.
Fantasy Chateau is more accessible but still a premium Disney Hotel on par with Grand Nikko or Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay in pricing. If you want the new, immersive Fantasy Springs rooms and Happy Entry, Fantasy Chateau delivers that at more consistent availability than Grand Chateau.
Both buildings are dramatically different experiences. Be clear about which one you’re targeting when booking.
Price Guide
Fantasy Chateau: approx. ¥50,000–¥100,000+ for 2 guests. Grand Chateau: from several hundred thousand yen per night (varies by room type; dynamic pricing). Check the latest availability on the official TDR website or booking sites.
